Kemind has developed a comprehensive range of treatments to prevent dirt and/or cleaning wires and wet felts.

Clearkem products are acidic or basic detergents, containing highly biodegradable surfactants.
They are designed especially to be added to cleaning water for circuits where starch-based glues are used and during conversion to remove printing clicks.
They are normally added to the water used for cleaning the circuit.
Circulating the washing solution for 20-30 minutes at room temperature, is enough to guarantee optimal cleaning of the circuit.
Optimal dosage will dependon the application, operative conditions, and desired results.
